<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a bead core, by which work efficiency is improved and fear of unintended deformation of a molded bead material can be sufficiently removed. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of bead wires 2 are wound up annularly over a required stage number, in a mutually parallel arranged pose, around a segment drum 1 which is formed of two or more segments 1a and can be deformed in a radius direction while expanding or contracting its radius to obtain the bead material 3. Between segments 1a constituting the segment drum 1, metal clamps 5 are attached at plural places in a peripheral direction of the bead material 3 on the segment drum 1 so as to surround a bead wire bundle 3a. Further, at each metal clamp 5, overlap tongue pieces mutually overlapping inside and outside in the radius direction are joined by welding from an outside in the radius direction of the bead material 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
