ENHANCEMENT OF EUKARYOTIC CELL PROPERTIES USING ULTRASOUND

The present document describes a method of increasing expression of a recombinant protein of an isolated eukaryotic cell comprising a recombinant DNA, by exposing the isolated eukaryotic cell to ultrasound having a frequency from greater than about 1 MHz to about 10 MHz. The present document also describes a method of increasing cellular function of an eukaryotic cell, by exposing the eukaryotic cell to ultrasound having a frequency from greater than about 1 MHz to about 10 MHz.
