<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a disclosure range of driving result information of a driver. <P>SOLUTION: A driving user terminal reads out driving result information from an in-vehicle device which outputs driving result information of a vehicle, encrypts the read-out driving result information on the basis of a predetermined encryption key, and transmits the encrypted driving result information to an information disclosure server via a network. The information disclosure server receives the encrypted driving result information, decrypts the received encrypted driving result information on the basis of a decryption key corresponding to the encryption key, stores the decrypted driving result information, determines whether to transmit the driving result information to a reference terminal on the basis of restriction information on receiving a reference request for the driving result information from the reference terminal, and reads out and transmits the stored driving result information to the reference terminal when it is determined to transmit the driving result information to the reference terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
