<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an employment matching device for appropriately facilitating countermeasures to the cancellation of an applicant. <P>SOLUTION: An employment matching device (1) for matching the recruitment and application of employment includes: cancellation acceptance means (4) for accepting the cancellation registration of employment whose application has been registered from an applicant; and application reservation acceptance means (5) for accepting the registration of application reservation by providing an application reservation screen for accepting the registration of application reservation about dates when the applicant is able to be employed regardless of whether or not the recruitment of the applicant has been registered under such conditions that the cancellation registration is accepted.
