摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably start transmitting/receiving units attached to wheels and prevent an increase in power consumption due to resending a first signal for starting the transmitting/receiving unit even if a travelling state of a vehicle is changed. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicle side device of a tire condition monitoring device includes: a plurality of transmission antennas 17A, 17B, 17C, 17D that transmit the first signal for starting the transmitting/receiving units 18A, 18B, 18C, 18D attached to the wheels 12A, 12B, 12C, 12D in each specific allocated range; a receiver 19 that receives a second signal transmitted by the transmitting/receiving units started by the first signal; and a transmission control part 21 that collects start success achievements and travelling state information of the respective transmitting/receiving units after a vehicle starts travelling, determines an output condition of the first signal by correlating each transmission antenna to the travelling state information in succeeding in starting a specific transmitting/receiving unit, and control the output condition of the first signal corresponding to the current travelling state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
