<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slotting tool and a scribing device capable of manufacturing integrated thin film solar cells with a favorable yield. <P>SOLUTION: The slotting tool includes a bar-like body 81, and a blade region 82 of a rectangular parallelepiped shape formed at the tip of the body 81. The blade region 82 is formed of five flat planes of a rectangular bottom face 83 surrounded by a pair of short edges and a pair of long edges, a front face 84 and a rear face 85 orthogonal to the bottom face 83 on two short edge sides of the bottom face 83, respectively, and a right side face 89 and a left side face 88 orthogonal to the bottom face 83 on the two long edge sides of the bottom face 83, respectively. Blades in the vertical direction are formed at a corner 94 of the front face 84 and the right side face 89 and a corner 93 of the front face 84 and the left side face 88, a blade in the lateral direction is formed at a corner of the front face 84 and the bottom face 83, and a slope 90 is formed at a corner of the bottom face 83 and the front face 84. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
