<p>An electric motor water cooling device, comprising an electric motor housing (4), wherein a water inlet (1), a water outlet (2) and a cooling water channel (3) are provided on the surface of the electric motor housing. The water inlet and the water outlet are respectively connected with the two ends of the cooling water channel. The water inlet and the water outlet are located on the same side of the electric motor housing, and a baffle (5) is provided between the water inlet and the water outlet, separating the water inlet and the water outlet. After the cooling water has entered via the water inlet, the water flows through the cooling water channel and then flows out via the water outlet. The electric motor water cooling device adopts a waveform cooling water channel, increasing the contact area of the cooling water with the electric motor housing within a limited space and increasing the cooling efficiency. The water inlet and the water outlet are located on the same side of the electric motor housing and are centrally separated, avoiding the defect that the water inlet and outlet, being on the same side, could interfere with each other, reducing the space occupied by the electric motor radially, facilitating installation, and improving the cooling effect of the electric motor, thus improving the operational efficiency of the electric motor and avoiding deformation of the electric motor housing caused by high temperature.</p> |
