<p>The soldering plant comprises: a heating unit (6), which is formed to provide an energy for melting a solder; a first positioning unit, by which a first spacing of a first pair of workpieces is more adjustable from the heating unit; and a second positioning unit, by which a second spacing of a second pair of workpieces is more adjustable form the heating unit, where the first spacing and the second spacing are independently more adjustable. Each of the workpieces comprises a first workpiece and a second workpiece that is soldered by the solder. The soldering plant comprises: a heating unit (6), which is formed to provide an energy for melting a solder; a first positioning unit, by which a first spacing of a first pair of workpieces is more adjustable from the heating unit; and a second positioning unit, by which a second spacing of a second pair of workpieces is more adjustable form the heating unit, where the first spacing and the second spacing are independently more adjustable. Each of the workpieces comprises a first workpiece and a second workpiece that is soldered by the solder. The soldering plant further comprises: a first temperature sensor for an acquisition of a first temperature of the first pair of workpieces; a second temperature sensor for an acquisition of a second temperature of the second pair of workpieces; a housing (7), at which the heating unit is immovably secured; and a carrier (8) comprising a recess (9) for receiving the first pair of workpieces and the second pair of workpieces. The soldering plant is formed to stop the first spacing as a function of the first temperature and the second spacing as a function of the second temperature. Intermediate values for the first spacing and the second spacing are more adjustable between a minimum value and a maximum value. The first positioning unit and/or the second positioning unit is formed as electromagnetic, electromotive, piezoelectric, electrostatic, electrostrictive, magnetostrictive, hydraulic or pneumatic actuator. The housing is more adjustable relative to the heating unit. A spring element (10) is provided for the pairs of workpieces and pre-tensioned, if a force outgoing from one of the positioning units of a first alteration of spacing between the pair of workpieces and the heating element is effected and a return force exerts on the pair of workpieces so that a reduction of the force outgoing from the positioning unit of a second alteration of spacing between the pair of workpieces and the heating element is effected, where the first alteration of spacing is opposite to the second alteration of spacing. The heating unit is formed as an induction loop, a heating plate and an infrared radiator. An independent claim is included for a method for soldering a first pair of workpieces and a second pair of workpieces.</p> |
