<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing oligonucleotide that overcomes at least a portion of a fault of the prior art. <P>SOLUTION: This method for preparing the oligonucleotide includes a step (a) of providing a hydroxyl group containing compound having formula (A), a step (b) of reacting the compound with a phosphorylating agent in the presence of an activator (activator I) having formula (I) to prepare a phosphorylated compound; and a step (c) of reacting the phosphorylated compound not isolated with a second compound having formula (A) in the presence of an activator II different from the activator I. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
