<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device capable of preventing adhesion of carrier generating by using low resistance carrier in a developing device of two component development system having at least two developer carriers. <P>SOLUTION: The developing device 23 includes a plurality of developer carriers 23a1 and 23a2 which perform development by supplying two component developer G containing a toner T and a carrier C to an electrostatic latent image on an image carrier 21. Each of the developer carriers 23a1 and 23a2 includes a rotatable outer periphery member of the developer carrier, and magnetic field generation means contained in the outer periphery member of the developer carrier and carries and transports the developer. Electrical resistance of the outer periphery member of the developer carrier of the developer carrier 23a2 which is arranged at the most downstream position in the rotation direction of the image carrier 21 is higher than that of the outer periphery member of the developer carrier of the other developer carrier 23a1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
