<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user interface control technique in a network. <P>SOLUTION: An information processor 204 includes: document bibliographic information generation section 322 for generating processing information set to provide functions in a workflow by an image processing system; and a data base 204a for registering bibliographic items set in an image formation processor, a user identification value for uniquely identifying a user, a group identification value for uniquely identifying a group to which the user belongs and possible functions in the group to which the user belongs in a manner to associate the items, the identification values and the functions with each other. The document bibliographic information generation section 322 includes a bibliographic item acquisition section 322a for extracting the bibliographic item from data base 204a by referring to the user identification value or the group identification value, and display information preparation means 322b for preparing information for displaying a user interface for setting the bibliographic item and control information for controlling the display of the information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
