<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic conductive film excellent in durability. <P>SOLUTION: An organic conductive film 12a is formed using a conductive composition containing at least a conductive polymer. A maximum height (Rz) of one surface of the organic conductive film 12a is 35% or more with respect to an average film thickness. The conductive polymer is a polythiophene-based conductive polymer and is a complex with a dopant.
