<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a campaign effect calculation system using a comparison and contrast method for accurately calculating effects on investigation. <P>SOLUTION: Various master data and transaction data are stored in a file server 100. Measure information of a campaign is registered in an advertisement/sales promotion project responsible department use terminal 300. A marketing responsible department use terminal 400 receives the measure information from the advertisement/sales promotion project responsible department use terminal 300, and requests an analysis platform 200 to perform an mROI analysis processing, and displays an mROI analysis result to be received from the analysis platform 200. The analysis platform 200 performs the mROI analysis processing on the measure information of the campaign plan. The mROI analysis processing includes discriminating a customer group which has purchased object merchandise in the period of the campaign from other customer groups, and calculates overall profit pushup effects from a difference in sales increase rates between those customer groups. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
