<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an application document creation device for creating application document information relevant to the document of a patent application. <P>SOLUTION: An application document creation device comprises: an invention information storage unit 11 which has single invention information having one or more pieces of invention specific information and in which invention information including identification information that identifies the configuration of an invention and is included in the invention specific information; a creation unit 15 which specifies the name of an invention existing at the last of the single invention information, specifies the identification information by using a first clue phrase, and if the name of the invention exists after a second clue phrase and the identification information exists like "(identification information) and," before the second clue phrase, specifies a parent-child relationship with the name of the invention as a parent and the identification information as a child to create a document showing the parent-child relationship and add this document to application document information which is information relevant to a patent application document; and an output unit 16 which outputs this application document information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
