TOUCH PANEL STACKING STRUCTURE, AND METHOD OF FORMING TOUCH PANEL STACKING STRUCTURE ON SUBSTRATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel stacking structure improving the appearance property of a touch panel, and a method of forming the touch panel stacking structure on a substrate.

SOLUTION: A touch panel stacking structure includes a conductive layer 12; a first refractive index layer 14, and a second refractive index layer 16. A method of forming the touch panel stacking structure on a substrate; includes a step for forming the conductive layer on a substrate 10; a step for bonding the first refractive index layer 14 on the conductive layer 12; a step for bonding the second refractive index layer 16 to cover the first refractive index layer 14; and a step for laminating an optically transparent adhesive on the second refractive index layer 16. The refractive index of the first refractive index layer 14 is lower than the refractive index of the conductive layer 12, and the refractive index of the second refractive index layer 16 is higher than the first refractive index layer 14.
