<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a check valve capable of improving installation work efficiency of a negative pressure valve to a positive pressure valve, in a valve having the positive pressure valve and the negative pressure valve. <P>SOLUTION: This check valve 1 includes a casing for forming a positive pressure valve seat 15, the positive pressure valve 30 energized by a spring S1 for the positive pressure valve and forming a negative pressure valve seat 37, and the negative pressure valve 50 installed in the positive pressure valve 30 and energized so as to abut on the negative pressure valve seat 37 by a spring S2 for the negative pressure valve. The negative pressure valve 50 has a body 51 having a shaft portion 52 and a cap 60 having, at the center, an installation hole 61 into which the shaft portion 52 is inserted and engaged. The cap 60 is arranged on the passage 14 side for communicating with the inside of a fuel tank of the casing, and contacts with/separates from the negative pressure valve seat 37.
