RADIO MEASUREMENT COLLECTION METHOD, RADIO TERMINAL, AND PROCESSOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio measurement collection method and a radio terminal for preventing the occurrence of an unexpected error on the side of a network.

SOLUTION: A user terminal (UE) for performing processing to hold a measurement log including a radio environment measurement result in accordance with a measurement configuration that is set on the basis of a measurement configuration message received from a network is used concerning a radio measurement collection method. The method includes: a step S109 for allowing the network to transmit an UEInformationRequest message for requesting the transmission of a measurement log to UE; and a step S110 for allowing the UE to transmit an UEInformationResponse message for transmitting a measurement log to the network. In the step S110, the UE transmits the UEInformationResponse message to the network even when the measurement log is not held.
