<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide bead clip method and device capable of winding and fastening a bead core as a bundle of beat wires evenly and surely by a strong clamping force to save working hours and labor. <P>SOLUTION: The bead clip method comprises: a mounting step; a winding step of winding a fastener 5 around all sides of a bead core 2 by moving winding mobile bodies 21, 31 sequentially; a tip bending step of forming a seam-folded part 5h by moving a tip bending mobile body 51 to bend a tip part 5b of the fastener 5; and a turn-in step of moving a turn-in 61 to bend an extension 5e and a base end part 5a of the fastener 5 so that the seam-folded part 5h is pressed along the side of the bead core to make a seam folding.
