<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus that realizes an optimum fixing process condition to improve image quality. <P>SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus 1 includes: an image forming unit 3 such as an imaging unit 10 that forms a toner image on an image recording medium 9; a fixing device 70 that heats the formed toner image to be fixed on the image recording medium 9; and image formation sequence control means 93 for determining a sequence of image formation for each page in the entire print job in such a way that a change in heat transfer characteristics is suppressed in the fixing device 70. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
