<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for allowing a user to easily determine a geographical location that meets the user's needs from a large amount of geographical locations. <P>SOLUTION: A terminal device 11 transmits spot information such as comments and photographs associated with a location (spot) that is input by a user together with location data that shows a current location to a server device 12. Such spot information is disclosed to other users by the server device 12. The user who registered the spot information is allowed to specify users to which the spot information is disclosed and users allowed to write comments about the spot. Also, since the spot information is provided to browsing users for respective users who have written the information, the browsing users are capable of determining, for example, reliability of the information on the basis of a profile of the user who has written the information.
