Disclosed are a platinum compound having amino- or alkylamino-containing succinic acid derivatives as a leaving group, or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, preparation method therefor, and medicinal compositions containing the compound. Also disclosed is a use of the compound in treating cell proliferative diseases, especially cancers. The platinum compound of the present invention has high water solubility and small toxic side effect.
