A tile turnover mechanism suitable for mahjong tiles with concave surfaces comprises a tile turnover channel (1), a front tile turnover mechanism and a rear tile turnover mechanism; the front tile turnover mechanism consists of a front track (2) disposed at the front end of the tile turnover channel (1), a tile sieving gear mechanism extending into the front track (2), and a front tile-inverting inclined baffle (4) disposed above the front track (2); the rear tile turnover mechanism consists of a rear track (5) disposed at the rear end of the tile turnover channel (1) and connected to the front track (2), and a rear tile-inverting inclined baffle (6) disposed above the rear track (5); the height of the rear tile-inverting inclined baffle (6) is smaller than the width of the mahjong tile.
