A riveting type excavating bucket includes a bucket body (100) composed of a cambered soleplate (6), a connecting seat (1), a front edge plate (7) and two side plates (3). The cambered soleplate (6), connecting seat (1), front edge plate (7) and the outer edges of two side plates (3) are provided with rivet holes (400). Two side plates (3) are fixed at the two arc-shaped sides of the cambered soleplate (6) through rivets (4) respectively. The connecting seat (1) is fixed at a back end of the cambered soleplate (6) through rivets (4). The front edge plate (7) is fixed at a front end of the cambered soleplate (6) through rivets (4).
