Provided is an electronic map data processing system whereby a preferable matching between an electronic map and customer information owned by a company and so forth can be realized. The electronic map data processing system is provided with a GPS control device for obtaining the coordinate information of a present location, comprising a moving terminal device which generates traveling check information on the basis of the input operation by a user at each traveling location, and generates trajectory data mapping the generated travelling check information with the coordinate information at the traveling location, a memory device for storing route data wherein the address information associated with the traveling location is mapped with a given traveling sequence and map data including the coordinate information of an object displayed on the map, and a control device for performing a process such that the traveling check information of the trajectory data and the route data are matched with each other by a given traveling sequence and an object matched by the coordinate information of the trajectory data is mapped with the address information.
