<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively and effectively take measures against harmonics. <P>SOLUTION: A three-phase full wave rectifier 21 fully rectifies a three-phase alternating current power 11A supplied from a ground power supply facility, and supplies an obtained direct current power 12A to a common bus line B. A three-phase transformer 2, which is a Δ-Y connection type, outputs a three-phase alternating current power 11B with a phase shift of π/6 from the three-phase alternating current power 11A.
