<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an efficient temperature control of an imager in a compact structure without blocking a light receiving surface of the imager. <P>SOLUTION: A print circuit board is formed with a hole. An imager is bonded to a first region containing at least a part of the hole out of a surface of the print circuit board.
