<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handler capable of efficiently conveying a conveyance object by simple structure, and a component inspection device with the handler. <P>SOLUTION: A handler includes at least one conveyance part 34 which conveys a conveyance object on a base 11. The conveyance part 34 has: a plurality of first lifting parts 52, 53 which lift each of a plurality of grip parts 52a, 53a which grip the conveyance object; and one second lifting part 51 which lifts the whole of the first lifting parts 52, 53 up and down.
