<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for correcting settlement of a building, which makes driving of steel pipe pile correct the settlement of the building due to ground subsidence, which makes working efficiency excellent by allowing a narrow excavation range, and which can keep a cost low even in the case of soft ground. <P>SOLUTION: A method for correcting settlement of a building includes: an excavation step 100 of excavating a ground surface adjacent to a foundation of the settling building; a foundation reinforcing step 200 of attaching a strip-shaped reinforcement material to a vertical part of the foundation exposed by the excavation step 100; a steel pipe pile press-in step 300 of pressing the steel pipe pile into a position adjacent to the reinforcement material of the excavated ground surface by utilizing a building load; a ground strengthening step 400; an adjustment step 500 of performing adjustment so that the settling building can be put into a horizontal state, after the steel pipe pile is pressed into the utmost limit by the building load; a connection step 600 of connecting the reinforcement material and the steel pipe pile together in a state in which the adjustment is performed by the adjustment step 500; and a back-filling step 700 of back-filling the excavated ground surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
