<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably hold an open state of a fuel lid during fueling. <P>SOLUTION: This device for opening and closing a fuel lid includes: a hinge bracket 3 having one end side fixed to the inside of a fuel inlet box formed so as to surround a fuel port disposed at a predetermined position of a vehicle body; a hinge pin 4 which turnably axially supports the other end side of the hinge bracket, to which one end side of a backside of the fuel lid 2 for openably covering an opening part of the fuel inlet box is fixed, and in which a cam part 4a is formed at a position other than the regions for turnably and axially supporting the other end side of the hinge bracket and for fixing the fuel lid; and a holding bracket 5 which includes an elastically deformable member and is fixed to the hinge bracket and in which an engagement part 5a bending in a chevron shape toward the cam part side such that the cam part moved by the rotation of the hinge pin interlocked with the opening and closing operation of the fuel lid by manually opening and closing the fuel lid can get over the engagement part by the elastic deformation of the member is formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
