METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING INSERT MOLDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing insert moldings that can improve mold releasability while preventing or controlling the development of sink marks on portions formed of resin materials of the insert moldings.

SOLUTION: A mold 5 with nesting members 531 and 532 formed of a porous material and having a molded hollow space for molding the resin-molded part of an insert molding fitted to be removable is used to keep a mold release agent penetrating the nesting members 531 and 532 beforehand. Specific members (=terminal metals 11 and wires 12) to be embedded in resin-molded part 13 of the insert molding are placed in the mold 5. The specific members (=terminal metals 11 and wires 12) are embedded in the resin-molded part 13 by injecting a resin material and keeping pressure under a pressure condition not to cause sink marks and bubbles.
