<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reference voltage circuit capable of generating constant-voltage of low voltage (1.25 V or lower) with low temperature dependency. <P>SOLUTION: A reference voltage circuit includes: a band gap voltage generation circuit having two PN junctions and configured to output voltage Vk according to one of the two PN junctions, and current Ik according to a voltage difference between the two PN junctions; and a voltage dividing circuit configured to divide the voltage Vk.
