<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workpiece clamping device in a beveling machine capable of strongly clamping and fixing even a short or uneven workpiece to which slag adheres. <P>SOLUTION: A holding means A pressing and holding a workpiece W on a table 2 is partially pressed by a pressing means operated together with the traveling and movement of a cutter 22. Multiple workpiece abutment plates 7 divided in a traveling and movement direction of the cutter 22 are freely rockingly disposed on the holding means.
