An electronic apparatus is provided. The electronic apparatus includes a messenger unit through which an image forming apparatus having an account address is selected as a dialogue partner, a user interface through which a file to be printed in the selected image forming apparatus is selected; and a controller which controls the messenger unit to transmit a dialogue message including the selected file and account information of the image forming apparatus to the message server.
