A ceiling panel (31) comprising a panel body (1) and multiple sidebars (2). The multiple sidebars (2) respectively are arranged on the periphery of the panel body (1). Magnetic pieces (3) are arranged on at least two opposite sidebars (2). Also provided is an installation structure of the ceiling panel, comprising multiple ceiling panels (31) and an iron beam (22). The magnetic pieces (3) of the ceiling panels (31) are attracted to the iron beam (22), thereby connecting the ceiling panels (31) to the iron beam (22). The present invention allows for reduced difficulties in installation and maintenance and for improved installation quality.
