The method mainly comprises: a binding step, through logging in a registered account of a device management unit and inputting the serial number of a measurement device, after the inputted serial number is checked correct by the device management unit, the device management unit binds the measurement device with said account; an activation step, through starting the activation operation, the measurement device generates an activation information packet and sends the activation information packet to the device management unit, and the device management unit approves the recent binding to take effect; a measurement step, the measurement device is used to measure the health data; a transmission step, the measured health data and related parameters are uploaded to the device management unit; and a processing step, the received data is processed and stored in the user database by the device management unit. It is convenient and safe to use the method and system for processing health data according to the embodiments of the present invention, and the classified management of the user health information can be performed by unit of family.
