The base (30) has a concave curved surface (35) which is positioned surrounding the central projection part (31) and between the adjacent blade parts (32) and which is formed such that the base (30) is depressed downwards into a curved plane, and a convex curved surface (36) which is positioned on a periphery of the concave curved surface (35) and which is formed such that the base (30) projects upwards into a curved plane.</p>
