Provided are a compound for an organic photoelectric device including substituents represented by the following Chemical Formulas 1 and 2 and an organic photoelectric device including the same. The definition of the above Chemical Formulas 1 and 2 is described in the specification. The compound for an organic photoelectric device has excellent thermal stability and particularly, may be applied to an organic thin layer of an organic photoelectric device and thus can provide an organic photoelectric device and display device having high luminous efficiency at a low voltage and improved life-span.
