PURPOSE: A steam generating device is provided to reduce energy and time which is required to increase pressure of the steam and temperature by generating jet steam of high pressure and high temperature with compression spray mode using hot water. CONSTITUTION: A steam generating device comprises a hot water tank(110), a pressure tank(130), a pressurizing pump(140), and a control unit(180). The hot water tank keeps water. The pressure tank is connected to a first discharging pipe(114) which discharges the water which is kept in the hot water tank. The pressurizing pump pressurizes and pumps the water kept in the hot water tank and transmits to the pressure tank through the first discharging pipe.
