PURPOSE: A wringer roll and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to easily remove a rubber tape from a roll shell by rotating the roll shell in a second rotating direction. CONSTITUTION: A wringer roll(1000) comprises a roll shell(100) and a rubber tape(200). The roll shell rotates in a first rotating direction. The rubber tape is wound on the exterior of the roll shell in a second rotating direction opposite to the first rotating direction. The rubber tape is multiply laminated on the exterior of the roll shell. The rubber tape can be removed by rotating the roll shell in the second rotating direction. The exterior of the roll shell has an uneven shape.
