PURPOSE: A service method for simultaneously transmitting data based on heterogeneous networks and a device therefor are provided to selectively transmit partial data through a transmission target network by selecting the transmission target network based on the time required for transmission by network. CONSTITUTION: A distribution ratio setting unit(110) calculates the time required for transmitting partial data by connection network in response to the size of each partial data divided from transmission target data. The distribution ratio setting unit compares the time required for transmitting partial data by connection network. The distribution ratio setting unit grants priority to a specific connection network having the minimum value. The distribution ratio setting unit selects a transmission target network. A control unit(120) selects partial data corresponding to the selected transmission target network to provide the same.
