PURPOSE: A curvature inspection device for a roll forming beam is provided to simply inspect the curvature of a roll forming beam because distances between both sides of a central part and both end parts of the roll forming beam are measured and compared with a setting value using 6 distance sensors. CONSTITUTION: A curvature inspection device for a roll forming beam comprises a roll table, a controlling member(103), a distance sensor, and a warning member. The controlling members are installed in both side parts of a measuring table, thereby controlling both end parts of a roll forming beam with a controlling pad. The distance sensors are installed on the measuring table with a bracket correspondently to both sides of the central part and both end parts of the roll forming beam controlled by the controlling members of the both sides and outputs distance signals through a controller by measuring distances of each position of the roll forming beams. The warning member outputs warning sounds according to warning signals of the controller. |
