METHOD FOR IRRIGATION TUBES PRODUCTION

The invention relates to a method designed for the insertion, adherence and incorporation of a dripper-accessory 4 onto an irrigation tube 1 during the production phase thereof. The drippers-accessories bear elevated portions 5 to be potentially cut out along with the tube surface covering them. The cutting is accompanied with the automatic creation of water outlet apertures or lateral water inlets. The drippers-accessories are in-series inserted into the tube by following three distinct phases: a) the elevated portions(protuberances)5 of the dripper are inserted into the gap 23 between the parallel bars 24; b) the dripper along with the tube is horizontally moving and pressed between the elastic wheel 14 and the internal guide (6,6a); in this phase, the external surface 16 of the dripper is adhered to the tube; c) the tube with the-thereon-adhered dripper is propelled and supported by the same elastic wheel into a longitudinal recess where a bilateral pressure is applied to the tube’s inflated walls to adhere them onto the protuberances 5 of the dripper 4.
