PURPOSE: A handle connection plate of a frying pan is provided to prevent banding of a handle when high heat is applied to the handle for a long time by including a compact structure for the handle with a metal plate which is used as a material for the handle connection plate in order to strengthen the intensity. CONSTITUTION: A handle(3) connection plate(2) of a frying pan comprises a fastening hole(8) and an exposing unit(9). One or more fastening holes are formed on one side of the connection plate in order to be connected to a pan. The other side of the connection plate is connected to the handle. The exposing unit is exposed after being connected to the handle and the pan. An edge is rounded with a forging process using a press on the side of the exposing unit. The fastening holes remove a burr through a barrel polishing process after the forging process.
