FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: device for sample supply to reactor including a housing with two posts, a back-and-forth movement mechanism fixed between them and made in the form of a step engine, a system of gears and screw-and-nut with a carriage, to which a stock with a sample retaining device installed on its end is connected, and a programme control unit of step engine of back-and-forth movement mechanism, is equipped with a sampling mechanism made in the form of a yoke, a guide, a balance-beam, a return spring, two limit stops and a limit switch. At that, yoke is installed on the carriage of screw-and-nut and has the possibility of being turned; stock is rigidly fixed in the yoke; balance-beam is installed so that it can be rotated on the axis fixed on the first post of the housing and equipped on the sample retaining device with a lug interacting with the stock, and on the opposite side with the lever interacting with the carriage; spring is connected at one of its ends to the balance-beam on the lever side, and at the other end to the first post of the housing; at that, sample retaining device is made in the form of a capillary tube fixed on the stock perpendicular to its axis.EFFECT: reduction of analysis time and improvement of repeatability of analysis results due to automation of liquid sample taking prior to its being moved to the reactor, as well as the possibility of taking samples both from a single reservoir, and from many reservoirs passing the sampling point, as well as from analysed liquid flow.2 dwg |
