PURPOSE: An optimized process analysis method and device are provided to differently set up the whole process corresponding to an optimized process scenario, thereby planning an optimized process in environment desired by a user. CONSTITUTION: A process information obtainment unit(110) obtains first process information through an RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) reader. A first whole process module generation unit(120) generates a first whole process model by using the first process information. A detail process model generation unit(130) generates detail process models corresponding to a predetermined classification condition by using a first whole process simulation model. A detail process information generation unit(140) generates detail process information by combining second process information with productivity information of the detail process model. A second whole process model generation unit(150) generates a second whole process model by combining the detail process model of an optimized process scenario based on the detail process information.
