FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and may be used for machining edges and chamfering metal parts. Proposed unit comprises casing, camshaft with sprocket, spring-loaded crank shaft, gear with shaped face, spring-loaded retainer and pinion shaft with cross wheel. Camshaft is designed to interact with tool composed of honing head swinging on spring-loaded axle. Camshaft sprocket is designed to interact with spring-loaded via crank shaft welded chain and guide roller. The latter may interact with gear the shaped face of which interacts with spring-loaded retainer. Crank of spring-loaded shaft and spring-loaded retainer interact with cross wheel.EFFECT: chamfering of whatever gears, simple design, fault-free gear cutting.2 dwg |
