<p>The device (2) has a clamping fame (4) e.g. window frame, rotatably supported at an edge (12) by a hinge (16). The hinge comprises a hinge strip connected to the edge, another hinge strip connected to the clamping frame and a closing spring i.e. pressure spring, for automatically closing the frame. The hinge has a locking device for automatically locking the frame in a position that corresponds to an angle of 45 and/or 90 degrees between the frame and the edge.
