PURPOSE: A playing chair apparatus is provided to obtain a quick restitution force when a hemisphere is inclined to one side, and then the hemisphere is inclined to the opposite direction by the desire of a user. CONSTITUTION: A playing chair apparatus comprises a chair body(AA) and a hemisphere body(U). The chair body can move by the contact of the floor and the hemisphere body by the load of the chair body. A connection body(A) erects in a line in a center part of the upper part(20) of the hemisphere body. When a cylindrical chair(100) is mounted to the upper side of a connection body and a user moves toward one end of the chair body, the upper part of the hemisphere body is inclined toward the cylindrical chair and the bottom side of the hemisphere body is lifted.
