PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for an environmentally-friendly side stripe material is provided to minimize a raw material loss, to have a simple process, and to have excellent touch feeling, physical properties, workability, and adhesion. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for a resin composition comprises a step of synthesizing an isocyanate-terminated prepolymer by the reaction between a polyol with a molecular weight of 1,000-4,000 and diisocyanate; a step of adding a blocking agent to the isocyanate-terminated prepolymer, and manufacturing a blocked polyurethane by absolutely blocking an isocyanate; and a step of mixing additives such as a hardening agent, a plasticizer, a catalyst, and a foaming agent into the blocked polyurethane resin in order to manufacture the resin composition for an environmentally-friendly side stripe material.
