DEBLURRING METHOD FOR DOME CAMERA HAVING PAN, TILT, AND ZOOM FUNCTIONS

PURPOSE: An image deblurring method in a dome camera including a zoom function and a tilt function is provided to omit blur kernel estimation process from an image by utilizing a three dimensional blur kernel look-up table. CONSTITUTION: After a three dimensional LUT(Look-Up Table) is constructed, a control unit receives an image from a dome camera(S1,S2). When the received image is a blur image, the control unit receives a focus value and a zoom value of the blur image from the dome camera(S3,S4). The control unit reads out a blur kernel for a combination between the zoom value and the focus value from the three dimensional LUT(S5). After the blur image is removed in a deblurring target image, the control unit outputs the deblurring target image(S6,S7).
